Position: The Complex  is situated in the St Ivan district of Bansko. This area is to the south of Bansko, in the foothills of the Pirin Mountains, three minutes by dedicated minibus shuttle to the Gondola Station. St Ivan is emerging as the most prestigious district of the town. Value and investment potential:The apartments are designed to contain the maximum number of bedrooms and beds in the smallest area. 1-bedroom apartments are on average 60 square meters (646 square feet), 2-bedroom apartments are 80 sq m (860 square feet).
